Yes there are other more effective ways.. it is what we ladies call the "Belo", "Aivee" or the "Calayan" way. Hehe. But it's expensive.
It doesn't really go away, nag lilighten up lang siya to the point na hindi na siya ganun kavisible.
It's a lot cheaper to just love and appreciate the body your wife has now. :)
