Is it safe to trust agencies who deploy workers abroad and they're asking you to pay a seminar fee first? They say you can refund it if you don't like the offer. Any tips on this?
Check if the agency is regsitered on POEA's accredited list of agencies. If yes, you can trust them. of they fail to refund you the seminar fee, file a complaint at POEA office.
