Anemic Mommy

Hi mga mommy's ,tanong ko naman ano pa ang magandang kainin para po tumaas ang hemoglobin. Napakababa po kasi nung akin, pero may rineseta nama na pong mga gamot. Yun lang po 😊salamat #pregnancy #firstbaby #pleasehelp #anemic #2ndtrimester
