Milk for Preggy Mum
Hi . I’m not someone who drinks milk since small . I tried anmum but I don’t like the smell and it’s very sweet . Can mommies in this community recommend milk to consume please
My doctor said the best milk is any fresh milk low fat. Any brand is fine eg Marigold, Farm Fresh. The powder formula milk contains a lot of sugar even for pregnant ladies. Not recommend to drink
I drank enfamama chocolate flavour, the only brand that I can swallow. For 2nd baby, am too lazy to drink milk lol so I took pill calcium carbonate (doctor's prescription)

Try Karihome Mama, its goat milk and less sweet. Taste lighter
najeeha sis , srs bau dia tk hamis langsung and sedapp sangat
Try Frisomum, taste lighter .. and the smell not so strong.
No need milk. Just consume calcium supplements like obical
Try frisomum , the taste is better than anmum
