My right side ankle is always painful when i send my eldest daughter to school , its like a 10 min walk tgt with travel back home. But it started to be in pain like after 5 mins . And my hand is swelling bad too 😭 its my 4th pregnancy and i finally have a babyboy after 3 girls , and the swelling plus ankle happens to me for the first time . Any home treatment i can do?

You should try to get shoes with better support (sports shoe or Birkenstocks or sketchers). At home, try to alleviate your ankle and ice it. Rest more, mummy!

Cramps + spotting

Is it concerning to have spotting + cramps at the same time. At my 5 going 6weeks. Everytime i go to the toilet and wipe will have the stain. Sometimes when walk just close distance it will come out. Should i get it check? My first appointment is in 2weeks time :(

how to survive..

When vomiting is so bad you even vomit out the nausea pills ? Almost 16 weeks.. How long more do I need to survive this...

😂😂 it’s normal , I’m already 30 weeks and still vomiting. And tbh , nausea pills don’t even help . I survive my 1st trimester with just tiger balm and sour sweets . 2nd trimester less vomiting but still morning sickness. Tiger balm and just drink some water , rest . 3rd trimester still vomiting, nausea , light headed & all of this is normal . Different people go through different journey of pregnancy . Just be strong ! 👍🏼😁

Sleepless night

Im almost 29 weeks preggy.. ive been having sleepless nights recently..no matter how mny pillows i have, i still cant sleep. Turn left & right doesnt even work. #firstbaby #1stpregnnt any suggestion or advise mummies ?

Me too. Since 2-mth also having issue. I will sit up a bit & do reading, says from handphone until tired then knock off directly. It works on me..

i am 27 weeks. i have been experiencing the burning sensation/pain under my bra line, left rib (like sunburn feeling). it happen only when i sit or lie on my left side or after my meals. cant get comfortable.. i read online is because baby is growing and pushing the ribs apart. anyone has the same experience? any remedy?

I don't wear bra na pero same case mabigat sa baba ng dibdib lalo pagbago kain at nakaupo po.
