Hi mummies , does anyone of you experiencing UTI frequently during pregnant ? Any remedies to cure UTI? I took antibiotics but still my UTI will come back . So stressed about it .

Hi, I’m 31 weeks and baby is already weighing at 2.2kg. Doctor ask me to control my food. I always do takeaway since we don’t cook at home. Can I know what do you ppl eat/snack on? Dilemma now. I don’t have GD

nuts! I find munching on nuts help to fill the stomach and feel less guilty. hehe for snacks, maybe can try: - nuts - boiled egg (for breakfast) - tomatoes, cucumber (personally like it cold from the fridge, satisfying to munch on sth crunchy!) - "plain" crackers (I personally like Hup Seng kind) - fruits (not mango/durian kind, but like papaya, kiwi, berries, apple) for food, try: - lesser fried foods - lesser gravy (anything lesser oil = lesser calories)

Wearable pumps recommendations?

Still in my third tri, but I have gotten jevonbaby breast pump, hopefully it will be good. can pump directly to storage bottle/bag, so in a way fewer things to wash.

Tips to pee less at night

i stop drinking water abt 6pm+ but I’m still waking up to pee abt 3-4 times a night. Its impossible to get a good continuous sleep :( any tips to help with this?

I don't think there is any ways to help. I also go 3-4 times a night. On good nights when I'm very tired also 2 times. I never had continuous sleep for a long time.

Natural or c-sec?

I have low pain threshold. Wondering if csec or natural is more suitable?

I have super low pain threshold too, went for natural (and would still do natural again if baby allows). With epidural, it’s manageable. I had a higher dose of epi (nurse heard wrongly and thought I was feeling pain) and my entire delivery process was painless, only pain was 16 hours after birth but it only lasted for awhile. But it really depends tbh, my stepmom went thru csect and she said she would still go for csect because just lie down and be done. I kept asking myself …..you prefer 1 tear or multiple layers, either way baby also have to come out😅. Also have to consider recovering period, csect definitely takes longer compared to natural.

After you give birth, let baby try out different formulas in hospital then buy. We gave NAN.
