Anyone tried Shan Confinement meals?
Im sourcing for confinement meals and saw Mei Ting doing a sponsored post for them. They seem pretty new in the market but their menu has a good mix of the following: - chinese, western and korean cuisine - serves variety of carbs between rice & noodles - variety of herbal tea - serves desserts for every meal But they are not very known in the market so as much as their menu is interesting I am skeptical about their reviews. Mummies who have heard or tried them before do share your experience. Thank you!

Often vomit water
Hi fellow mums, I'm currently 11w along and find myself often vomiting water along with very bad appetite. This leads to a dehydrated state and this feels awful :( I tried warm water, cold water, lemon water and non-caffeinated infuse tea but they were not helpful. Any similar experiences or tips out there? Much appreciated!

Coconut water
Hi all, just asking if you all have been drinking coconut water during the 1st trimester? I love it and I drink it everyday as it takes away my nausea and acidity. However some people told me I should not take it because it is a cooling drink. I googled though and they all said that coconut water is very nutritious. Appreciate your help!
