Milk allergy !!??

Hi just want to ask if this is a milk allergy ? we decided po na ipa try ang bona for 0-6 months old. My baby is 4 months old na po. and want to clarify kung yung tumutubo ba sakanya is allergy ba or what po; sana may makasagot . ty somuch #formulaadvice #FormulaFedBabies
