Preschool for foreigners

Are there any subsidies available in Singapore for expatriates at preschools for my 2-year-old child? My husband holds an employment pass with a monthly salary of $7800, and I am a homemaker. Balancing school fees and rent is challenging for us financially. I would greatly appreciate any advice or recommendations, particularly for more affordable schools. Thank you for your assistance.
