Please notice me, normal po bang constipated pag pa 7months napo? Ano po kayang makakatulong para mabawasan yunh constipation? #1stimemom #firstbaby

more water, green leafy veggies, less meat and starch, papayang hinog (in moderation). i was also advised to take Senokot forte para makatulong. 😊
