I don’t have diabetes, but I have family members who do.. is there a reason you’re refusing insulin? You’ll need to be very strict with your diet. Quantity of carbs and other sugars need to be controlled.

Hi, I on insulin 5 times a day, check my blood glucose 7 times a day and change my diet totally.. is very tiring but all for baby..
