Mild contraction at 30weeks

Hello mga mommies, has anyone here experienced mild contractions at 30weeks? No discharge or blood naghihilab lang talaga at tumitigas ang tyan which very painful sa pakiramdam. Nakaka worry kasi. This last week of january pa OB appointment ko.
