Pills and menstruation

mga mi, ask ko lang.. 2 months postpartum here. Nagstart ako mag pills (lizelle-28 pills) at 5 weeks postpartum, di pa ako nireregla that time, then mauubos ko na yung 1 pack in few days pa, ineexpect ko magkakaregla na ko before ko matapos yung pack. Ganun ba yun? Or may possibility na ndi parin ako regalahin? or pag di ako niregla after the pack, buntis ako? please enlighten me. Meron na same ko dito? PTPA.
