Having a Toddler and Pregnancy at the same time

Mga 1st time mom like me or just moms with a toddler how do you handle po the pregnancy , i have 2 yrs old toddler , na feel guilty ako all of a sudden kasi yung mood swings ko ang lala hindi ko naman mapigilan , even the smallest things nasisigawan ko sya sometimes napapalo pero still she's super lambing , na gi- guilty din ako kasi yung attention ko alam kong mahahati na like not 100 % na sakanya , also nag - o overthink ako na pano sa mga check ups ko , saan sya maiiwan and need ko sya iwanan , pag nanganak ako ilang days ako sa hospital eh hindi sya sanay na hindi nakayakap saakin matulog , ngayon palang i am super overwhelmed na po , this is my second pregnancy btw.
