IUGR at Week 20

I'm in week 20 and diagnosed with early onset of IUGR. Very worried now as doc told me that I'm likely to deliver prematurely and a matter of how early. I would be grateful to hear any experienced mums with successful stories of babies with IUGR that were eventually born healthy. Any tips to have the baby grow inside me as long as possible?
