I'm on my 6 weeks and 5 days, having heartburn whenever I complete my meals. I drink lots of water and drank 100 plus it's not helping me. What can I do to ease it?

Eat almond nuts/drink soya milk as it will neutralise heartburn.
My gynae also mentioned to eat more garlic/ginger, (forgot which one) will reduce heartburn too

My gynae says need to stay upright after meals. If it's too uncomfortable they will prescribe you antacid pills, take it before each meal to prevent heartburn.
