Spotting is it normal?

I worked in a hospital and 12hrs duty specifically at the OR most of the time im standing, walking... brisk walking At the middle of my shift i am noticing brown stains. Then the next day i felt minimal fluid rushed out then followed by blood stains. I try to wipe it out with a small hankerchief#1stimemom #firstbaby
