Subchorionic Hemorrhage

I had my first ultrasound yesterday and found out that I have subchorionic hemmorhage but the baby's heartbeat is fine. Any advise po kung ano gagawin? I am a first time mom. #firs1stimemom #worried #pasagotmgamommies

Bedrest po and do not forget your vitamins. Ganyan po ako now. Pinagbedrest ako for 1 month. Pray lang po
