5 months pregnant may spotting

It's my first night of using vaginal suppository Neo-penotran forte 200mg I have spotting cause daw ay vaginal infection fungal hyphae i am currently 5months pregnant. pag gamit ko kagabi ng neo penotran ang itchy, burning feeling, and bigla ako nagkaroon ng big discharge madaming discharge na dugo. Is it normal? Does it mean ba na effective yung gamot at nilalabas nya yung infection? not sure if ituloy ko kasi iba pakiramdam ko e mas dumami spotting ko after iinsert. sana may mag reply po. Please correct me if I'm wrong

34 weeks ako (dec 22) nag bloody discharge sakto na christmas break yun so ngayon naka follow up (jan2) ako, goods nmn yung urinalysis ko pero yung vaginal discharge ko may kunting nakitang bacteria/fungal ba so naresetahan ako ng antibiotic, baka din daw yun din cause ng pag co contract ko.
