Hello everyone ?? im new here ?im asking about my situasyon hindi ako makatulog at nahirapan ako sa postion ko what is the best position to sleep .and the best way to sleep kasi mahirap ako mka tulog kasi baby ko always moving is this normal?.

Advisable is left side but okay namn din dw sa right side. Bili k ng pregnancy pillow, malaking help tlga yun
