First time mom

My baby is 6 weeks old. She is constantly spitting/throwing up milk even after burping. I only fed her 2 oz every 3 hrs as advised. But I'm alarmed bcus there are times that milk comes out from her nose while spitting up. Sometimes while she is sleeping 😭 Is this normal? Have you experienced the same? Pls let me know. Thank you.
