Anu po maganda at good para kay baby na kainin for 6 weeks pregnant po?

Fish, chix, veggies, fruits, Wag ka na po mag softdrinks and junkfoods at kung ano pang maaalat. Para walang UTI :) Drink lots of water, gatas (much better if non fat). Iwas sa fastfoods, pwede minsan lang
Magbasa paNo to processed foods. Less sweets π If mag fruits moderate lang kasi it contains a lot of sugars too π No to raw foods muna, prone to salmonella iniiwasan natin mag lbm througout the pregnancy π
Veggies and fruits po, ask vitamins din po from ob para healthy kau pareho ni baby
