My 19 month old has really bad breath. How do u take care of your toddler oral hygiene?

Could it be that your LO is not drinking enough water? So her breath is on the 'heaty' side. Use a damp cloth to wipe his or her gum and teeth after every meal if you have not introduce brushing...

toddler behaves differently at home

My lo is 18 mo now and she attends the childcare..teacher said she's not a picky eater and able to eat on her own and eats fairly fast and eat a lot. However it is not the case at home when I'm feeding her. She is obviously hungry as she's so anxious about the food and can't wait to get on the high chair. However when my spoon goes near her mouth she starts to turn away and resist. I have to dab abit of the food on her lips for her to taste before she finally accepts and continue eating. Sometimes she eats a few mouth and resist again...Sometimes she gags too. Anyone have similar experience? I can take up to an hour to feed her at home...in sch she also takes rice n meat but at home she will chew slowly and refuse to swallow and end up gagging...really duno what's wrong.

Hi mummies, May I know if you think it make any sense to change a child's childcare to one with: 1)better location 2)availability of enrichment prog 3)worse staff to child ratio My concern is tt the child has already adapted well, but I also find the current sch lacking in some area like the lack of parental involvement(no communication booklet), no enrichment options, terrible choices of excursions and insufficient outdoor time. Other than that the current cc is quite responsive and responsible. Thank you. :}

Hi Karen, Haven't enrolled there but it looks like a nice school! They also have a parent portal so you can speak to other parents too. Good luck on your child's first school! :)

Hi if I'm bringing my 19mo lo to travel soon, I need to get the travel medicine kit from pd...do I have to bring him along or I can go myself to get??? I have some standard medicines at home but the dosage may change and I am not too sure

There are a few medicine that needs prescription so it is best if you bring your child along. Sometimes they may even need to weigh your child to get the right dosage.

Hi may I know if Bangkok water is safe for drinking for my girl around 18mo? I will definitely boil in hotel...otherwise what is a good alternative? But distilled water from supermarket??? Thanks in advance
