Terrified of blood test

I’m currently 6W3D, just wondering is there any numbing cream I can get for future blood test? I’m terrified of blood test. The thought of getting my blood drawn makes me puke more than my pregnancy. Haha

Pregnancy symptoms gone

I’m currently at mid of my week7. Previously I had very sore boobs, daily stomach cramps, morning sickness and a little frequent to the toilet. Today, most or all of my symptoms are gone. My sore boobs are no longer sore unless I pressed on it. Should I be worried and visit the gynae ? My last gynae visit was last week and no abnormalities highlighted by the doc. Not sure if I’m overthinking as I had a miscarriage in June this year during week 5 of my pregnancy.

Nipt test in Malaysia

Hi mummies.. have you ever taken nipt in Malaysia , JB ? The cost is about half the price of Singapore and my gynae is ok with taking the test in Malaysia. Please share us your experiences if you had done so.. tyvm !

I’ve done mine in Malaysia. The communication was easy. I’ve received the results within 2 weeks. So I would recommend it :)

Should I be concerned?

I’ve had a couple of episodes of yeast infection this year and had bacteria vaginosis back in July. Currently 11 weeks pregnant, and recently 2-3 days, I’ve had some greenish discharge (!!). Just 2 weeks ago, I was itching so I went to see the polyclinic and Dr said it might just be yeast infection so she prescribed me some cream medication to apply. My next gynae appt is in about 1 and a half weeks time.. Should I be concerned about this green discharge and see my gynae earlier? What can I do to prevent such episodes?

I mean we can medicate, we can be better in our hygiene practices. Made sure washed with water, pat dry, no funny soaps for the vulva, no panty liners, gentle detergent for undies. All the jazz But the reality is the husband needs to be checked too. I had the same issues for years until I figured out the common factor. But even so men are not tested and treated and that pisses me off. I even had a partner who was cheating and noticed the increased infection rates. Man I was really 😡 Please do seek medical opinion and also share ur concerns ya. Especially with pregnancy. I even did a full STI panel because it will affect baby!

Pee leakage when coughing or vomitting

Hi pregnant mummies! Anyone else has pee leakage when coughing, throwing out phlegm or having morning sickness? It’s been happening to me for a while now, since I started getting sick from the influenza. I’m in my 2nd trimester.

It’s normal! It still happens to me sometimes after giving birth.

Missed period around 6 days

Hi i did a pregnancy test and the line is still quite faint though i already missed my period around 6 days. Does it mean it could be a weak pregnancy? I remember my previous pregnancy after i missed period by one day or two and if i test the line would have been v strong already. Any experience the same as me?

You can take again a week later. Faint line means you are in the early pregnancy but low levels of HCG hormones. All the best! 👍Congratulations btw.

Slight cramp on my left side

Today is 5W5D, having slight minor cramps that comes and goes on the left side. Is it normal? Have yet to see the gynae. Will see in 4 days time

Minor cramps are fine, as long as no bleeding and its not very painful.
