Hey mummy I tested a guardian pregnancy test today tried the clear blue one but was negative but I also tried the guardian one which turn out to have a very very faint line is it positive or evaporated line?

Breast Milk Production

Hi mummies, any advice how do I increase my breast milk? Any food I should take more or any good brands of supplements to take? FTM, appreciate any advice or suggestions on the table ! Thank you !

Pump/latch regularly. More demand = more supply. Water, many many water. Can try taking lecithin to thin the milk so the flow is smoother. It may or may not work for you, but this works for me. Sunflower lecithin Pump princess or Liquid Gold or Cash cow. I rotate them all from Legendairymilk.
