Lo sometimes only latch one side instead of both sides. What to do with the other sides?

I latch my lo on demand but i realise time intervals between each latch vary from few minutes to 2 hrs apart. Now everytime she latches on, she wont go more than 5 mins and she just unlatch. Im having engorgement now. Is that the cause?

it could be the letdown that is stopping her to latch. Secondly, it also can be the engorgement when the breast is too hard for baby to latch on.

Hi mummies Im preg. BUT can i pump my colostrum ouy before my Edd. Pump or hand express? When is e best time to pump? Nearing edd date? Im afraid it will cause contraction

please do not pump. it will trigger contractions and u may go into premature labour. Colostrum will come in during day 2 of birth. so don't rush

Hand expressed for 2 hrs plus but my breast is still engorged. Can i still store the milk?

you try to look at some videos on hand expression. And possible to get a borrowed breast pump to help with your engorment?

Any lactation consultant to recommend? If can arrange the LC to come my place will be great. What is the price liks. In need one urgently. Having blocked duct on my right boob... feeling hard.. Have tried massage but useless.?

My Husband likes my breastfeeding size breast. How to make sure they are still big after stopping breastfeeding?

I don't think its possible. Somehow or rather Mine shrinked.

Am at kkh to see lactation consultant now as this morning massage lady came to me hse but still unable to solve my block duct which caused engorged. Then my husband tell me to STOP breastmilk since supply drop (after one time fever) compared to previously. Saying i can spend more time with the boys. He told me to let doctor know so can give medicine to stop. Personally felt that i hve been providing bm for my twins till now which abt 11 mths. Thus kind of sad that i cant provide them bm if were to stop completely. Thinking should i stop completely or slowly reduce? If slowly reduce will it still caused engorge again? So troubled...feel like crying.. wat shd i do! ☹

i will slowly reduce then giving it a sudden stop. Slowly reduce the pumping, if engorged, express a little for comfort. You come a long way for expressing for ur twins!

Does consuming mama milk cause oversupply? I am not taking any supplements (e.g Calcium, Fenugreek) at the moment. And am considering to drink mama's milk for nutrients to my body.
