Hi, anyone has problems with breastfeeding because of having large nipples?
Where can i buy dairy free lactation cookies?
hi Mummies, need some advice here. my LO is 14months old. she has been direct latching from birth till 10months old. after that i started working and my mil try to feed her expressed milk in the day. she rejected it and only eat solids and drink plain water till she is about 1year old. direct latch in d night and throughout the night and wkends. she started to accept expressed milk after 1yr old, added into cereal and drinking the most 50ml in d day. still direct latch at night n wkends. i have gone through cracked nipples, blisters etc but recently it is worse. the teeth at the back are all growing and whenever she latches, it sort of grinds on d aereolas. now experiencing open wounds on the aereolas and alot of pain. but still clenching my own teeth and latching her. ? as a result, there is no chance for them to recover. i have been thinking if i should wean her off latching? how can i do it considering she takes comfort in latching throughout the night. i am quite half hearted about weaning her off. but the pain is getting unbearable and i am quite sad that i am unable to feed her with ease. what should i do? right now, she also tried formula milk and drinks about 100ml in d day. but it depends on her mood. sometimes she rejects fm. ebm supply has also dipped drastically. ?
Hi im an exclusively pumping mum amd need some advice. Yest, i had korean bbq meat for dinner with my family, and while eating the meat (some are slightly burnt ones) and drank some green tea (prob just 2 small cups), i was wondering if the milk i pump ard 2 hrs later would be safe for my 3 mth old son to drink, cos i know the harmful burnt substance and caffeine may pass to baby through bm. I have yet to feed my baby with these bm yet, wondering if i should dump the milk instead. Nothing i found on the internet can assure me the milk is safe. I feel so guilty and hated myself SO much for not being able to resist the temptation. Feel like such a bad mum risking my baby to such harmful substances.. anyone can share their views with me?
Any mummies successfully increase supply after lo is 2months old? I am a first time c sect mummy. Didn't had very much motivation at the start as mil keep wanting to give lo fm and my supply came very slow. I'm still pumping every 3-4hourly but lo dont latch as everytime i try to latch, he screams despite whatever methods I've tried. So i give bottle. He's drinking 100ml every 2-3hourly. Night feeding once or twice only. Lo normally wakes up around 9am. Settles him down, and start pumping at 10-11am. I usually skip night pumps as im really very tired. The first yield for the day usually is around 40ml. Subsequently only 10ml. Took fenugreek, lactation cookies, marigold oats milk, chia seeds, drinks about 3000ml of water per day. Still the same. Any mummy have any advice?

Hi, I'm returning to work & am exclusively pumping. Any ideas if there are nursing rooms in the CBD area? My workplace is near Robinson road/Lau Par Sat. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
Latch for not more than 10mins and lo ownself unlatch, but 45mins later wants boobs again? This happens at midnight. So hard to get sleep. Lo will keep fussing and awake for the whole night but in daytime sleep like angel. I feel like midnight's time lo has been on my boobs so often that i cant even go toilet. Any mums encounter this? Does this means i dont have supply?
