Body acne during pregnancy

31 weeks now and im having very bad body acne all over my back and baby bump. Anyone experienced this?

Rib pain and backaches during 32 weeks

Is there any way to relieve rib pain? Currently in 32 weeks 3 days and my backaches and rib pain is killing me

Ribs pain is common esp at 3rd trimester due too baby has little to no space of moving around. I had ribs pain for first pregnancy but nothing can be done. As for backaches will as my husband to massage my back and ill sleep on left side as well as put cushion at my back and sides.

Blisters breakout

I am currently at 28weeks pregnant. I noticed i have 2 kindoff mozzie bite on my right shoulder a week ago. And it is itchy. And then later when i took shower i looked in the mirror and i saw i had like a cluster of 20 small blister rashes like that near the mozzie bite. Initially i thought i was like whitehead and attempted to pop it and then i realised it was blister. It has been a week alr and the bumbs are still there kindoff itchy and pain there. What should i do? I been applying calamine lotion/tradition malay ointment. Hoping it would dry off. Should i see doctor or should i observe another week? I cannot apply any antifungal cream without prescription right?

I tink it will be safer to consult a Dr to rule out any viral rash blisters

Toddler itchy soles at bedtime

Hi mummies, would like to check if any of u experience ur toddler complaining of itchy soles..Particularly at bedtime? Sometimes in sch too. There's no rash or dry skin. No history of ecezma etc.. Soles are completely flawless. Thank u

Confinement Meal for C-Sec Mummies

Hi Mummies, Do share with me the food that we should & should'nt eat during confinement after C-Sec

Eggs, chicken, seafood, dark sauce.. Not sure how true but was always told to avoid all these when you have stitches.

Is materna milk good? Why does the taste seem like milk with fish oil taste. I wonder how u mommies drink it? Once it dilute with water the milk taste make me wanna puke. #firsttimemom #pleasehelp

Yes it is definitely good for mum and baby. If you can't eat properly then have materna milk, pre natal vitamins and some light meals. I will mix materna milk with cold water and mix it. I will usually choose chocolate flavour and drink on the spot. I dont leave in the fridge as pre mix or leave it outside.

White Discharge

I have white discharge during pregnancy and it's itchy. Is it common ? #pleasehelp #firsttimemom

It can be yeast infection. You might want to highlight to your doctor/gynae and have a request for swab to confirm. This is to avoid further infection and itchy on your vaginal area.

Which formula milk brand is recommended for newborn?

It depends on your baby, every baby’s acceptance is different. My LO took Nan Optipro HA (now renamed Nan Supremepro) when she’s in the hospital.

Booking gyneacologist

I have been trying to get hold of NUH appointment hotline to obtain preferred private gynaecologist availability but they put me on hold till forever no one answered my call. I also been sending email to NUH but no reply. Is there any other alternative ways i can book gynea?
