Has anyone tried the Pigeon go mini breast pump? Looking at alternative from Medela or Spectra because its so out of my budget

I am 23 weeks pregnant currently. But I have been having really bad pain near to my tailbone. Have gone to KKH several times for my pain as I am not able to work anymore. I am currently a nurse on probation.. since I am having difficulties standing and walking for pro long with this pain, my doctors suggested to give me 1 week of HL only. But is it advisable to ask my doctor for 1 month of HL? As some of them say it’s not appropriate. I really need a solution to rest at home with this pain and my drowsy painkillers till my maternity leave. Someone help me please

Hi, maybe you can try using a pelvic support belt to see if it helps. Hopefully with the rest too

Craving for Tau suan

Hi mommies. I am currently 27 weeks , I am craving for tau suan. Can I eat it? Will it affect my baby any ways? Kindly share your thoughts :) Much appreciated

Hi mommy. I have eaten it several times during my pregnancy and it did not affect my baby but do eat it in moderation — not daily or often due to the high sugar level.

How to search for Paediatrician in preparation for birth?

Hello co-mom to be, Just want to ask, I was told that one of the item to decide in prep for giving birth is selecting your baby's pedia. How did you find yours? What are your criteria in searching? On your experience isn't part of your delivery which Hospital Paediatrician is provided? Appreciate response, Thank you!

Can we opt not to breastfeed at the hospital?

Hi Mummies A first time mum here, and despite the many benefits of breastfeeding, I think I would want to just bottle feed from the start right after delivery. Is this acceptable at government hospitals? Thank you.

Hi mommies just wanted to ask Does any of u experience the same thing? Currently 25wk pregnant. Sometimes my baby is very active move the whole day. Another day she didn't move that much. I am so worried. I did ask my gynea , she said its normal.. is it true? Kindly share your experience and thoughts:)

Yes it’s normal, sometimes it’s also due to the food you eat/surrounding sounds (for mine is if I eat something too sweet or that 2 certain songs that comes on radio, she’ll start partying). Just like us, they also have “lazy days” where they just don’t want to move.
