hi mummies, i went through a traumatic stillbirth in nov last year. my daughter was 39 weeks & almost ready to see the world.. but she didnt have a heartbeat by the time i got to the hospital with regular contractions. eventhough my entire pregnancy was healthy but sometimes i blame myself for not being at the hospital earlier. i just found out im pregnant with #2 but i cant help but to feel so afraid.. i still mourn my daughter every day. i want to be happy but im so scared of losing this baby too.. 😞

Hi, mummies! Is it okay to fast during first trimester? ? Im super curious and confused.

Hi! I'm currently in my 7th week and will only be seeing the gynae for the 1st time this coming Saturday. I had some brown discharge ytd and today, and just today when I wiped 'below', the discharge was red. Its not the bleeding kind, just red sticky discharge. Is this a cause for concern? Should I just go to a gp first prior to my gynae appt on Sat? #pleasehelp #firsttimemom

Asking behalf of my wife.. been trying out eating food but ended up gagged and disgusted. My only concern is she is not eating enough and lacking of vitamins.. should I get her multi vitamin ? It's first trimster and first time pregnant.. #pleasehelp

6 days before menstrual. Cramps started 2 weeks ago.

Hi, I’m currently at abt week 6 (my pregnancy is thru ivf). Did anyone experience cramping together with bright and dark red bleeding, passing out some obvious blood clots before? It happens to me yesterday and I had a big shock.. thought gg to miscarriage anytime soon 😭😭😭 Can share if it is “normal” for you and you end up with a success pregnancy? Just to share what I did yesterday and hopefully it helps a bit to the ladies out there who are as panic as me with similar situation: As it’s after gov hospital consultation hour and worried that gov hospital A&E is slow, i just go to nearby private gynae. Gynae did ultra scan to see if the sac is still there (luckily it is.. phew), was given a Proluton jab and he advised to bed rest. The reason to bed rest during bleeding is something like hopefully the gravity don’t pull the sac down and flow out w the blood. So, bed rest is really quite important to hold it. Now my bleeding has stop after a night of bed rest and I think I better continue for a while.
