When im having a sore throat during trimester one pregnancy what medicine or lozenges can i take?

It’s always better to consult a GP and take a pregnancy safe medication. Do not self medicate and do inform your doctor that you’re pregnant currently.

Yes can, but of course in moderation even though green tea has low caffeine. Take note of the sugar as well!

Please help meee what bubble tea from koi and liho i can drink syringe my first trimester

My fav bubble tea drink is honey green tea, 25% sugar, less ice, medium cup will do. Green tea has low caffeine and I try to choose my lower dosage of sugar to prevent pregnancy gestational diabetes, which you need to test during week 24-28. Drink in moderation!

At your own risk/personal comfort level! However, I would recommend not to do any chemicals treatment during the first trimester! You do not know what are the ingredients used during the hair treatment.
