NUH (private) Glucose Test

I did the glucose test today and the clinic (women's clinic Ruby) informed that they will update the results by end day. It is already end day and I have yet to receive any calls. Anyone experienced the same? Saw the results on the app but it doesn't indicate if I have or do not have gestational diabetes. Tried calling the main hotline also and they are not helpful at all and are unable to transfer me to the clinic. Anyone experienced the same as well? Thank you.

I’m turning 25 weeks tmr and mostly every part of my body start to itch is it normal during pregnancy ?

Yesss. I am 24 weeks currently. I start to feel itchy on my armpit. And my tummy :( even my thigh developed rashes. And im not the type to have sensitive skin usually.

Ultrasound scan at NUH private

Hi Mummies, can I know do you get your baby photo after every ultrasound scan visit? I didn't get mine , they just did a quick scan and when I requested for 1 scan photo the nurse told me no photo. 😐

HL before maternity

At which week do people take HL before they go for maternity? And how do you convey this to your manager

If I’m not mistaken, HL is usually given only if you have certain conditions and requires “hospitalisation”, whether in a hospital or home. If not, no HL will be given. Also, depending on your company policy, some companies do not recognise HL right before maternity and will need you to start maternity leave instead of the HL if you want to rest before you deliver. Think it is better to check with your company policy and gynae about it.

I went for a scan recently at week 17 and the doctor was very sure it us a boy. Is this accurate? Will there be any chance of falsehood?
