Hello, ftm here! I’m currently at 36 weeks and am 1cm dilated since last night. Any tips or advices on how to speed up labour? I’ve been walking more and also doing exercises/stretching using my gym ball. TIA!

Hi fellow mummies, I'm a FTM, currently in my 3rd trimester (36weeks). I'm experiencing frequent toilet visit to poo (sorry TMI). Just wondering if this is common or signs of upcoming labour? Or simply I ate sth bad..? Thanks in advance for any advice!
