I just found out that I have pregnant (4weeks)

I was been carry alot of heavy stuff, drink wine and beer and coke all this and the worse I has flu so I take the medicine. It's will harm my baby?. What should i do?. I plan to go poly to see doctor and refer to Kkh. Any recommendation? Thank you.

need to stop taking all the alcohol wine etc. if flu panadol will be safe. you can go poly and ask for referral at kk

Insomnia at 34 weeks pregnant

Im 34 weeks pregnant and having a lot of trouble getting quality sleep. I have backaches sleeping on my side (even with pregnancy pillow and lots of pillow support) and feel alot pressure at the pelvic area if sleep on my back.. so theres no comfortable sleeping position.. plus i wake up between 5 to 8 times a night to pee (almost every 1 to 2 hour in the day as well) so the quality and quantity of my sleep has been really poor. It makes me so tired and unfocused in the day and my productivity at work has dropped too.. (i originally planned to work till edd but now Im considering taking HL earlier ..) any one has similar issue or advice on how to sleep better..?

Same.. 35w now.. currently whenever i am unable to sleep on bed, i’ll move to try to sleep on our recliner sofa.. sometimes it works.. if not, i’ll try to catch up with sleep during the weekend.. jiayou mummy 💪

No end to nausea?

I have been having quite bad gastric pain and nausea/ vomiting since week 7, was given dicletin and omeprazole since week 9 but it was only for 2 weeks. Now im week 11 nearing 12 and the nausea and gastric pain still bothers me, even have trouble sleeping. Anyone has similar experience, wondering if I should ask for more prescription of the two medication.

hi. I was vomitting till 14 weeks. finally stopped at 15 weeks but will still vomit once in a while. hang in there! you'll soon get better!

i dont want to give birth

i am currently entering 2nd trimester in a few weeks. i have heard a lot of birth story where they pooped while pushing their baby out 😭😭😭😭😭😭i am so embarassed if that happens to me and i dont want to experience that. i have told my husband it's either going to be c-section or i am terminating this baby...............................................

Hahaha, trust me, at that point of time…pooping will be the least of your concerns 😅. I pooped cause I couldn’t feel anything (thanks to higher dosage epidural) so I just apologised and the nurses were really nice (doc haven’t came yet, so they cleaned me before he arrived). Anyways, you’re carrying the baby so you definitely have the rights to choose, but don’t threaten using baby 😅.

Small gestational sac

I am supposed to be about 5 weeks today during my scan. But doctor said my gestational sac looked like a 4 week sac meaning it seems to be growing slowly / stopped growing. I've had an blighted ovum a few months back and I'm scared. Anyone have any encouraging stories to share?

I would wait for another 2-3 weeks then go back for a scan again. Meanwhile, see if gynae can prescribe you anything first. Because now it’s really quite small to confirm anything. Hope all goes well for you 💪🏻

Separation Anxiety

Hi I am going to work soon after being a " half SAHM" for my now 10 months old baby. My baby has been in IFC since 5 months old as I am working part time. I am worried my baby cannot adapt to the new routines I am going to work full time soon. Example : baby stays longer in IFC now and going home late with me, changes in timing for bedtime. Any advice on this ? #firsttimemom #advice #Helpplease

hi mummy, ive also just started working full-time. i was the sole caretaker of LO for 10months and had to leave my baby under my in-laws’ helper’s care. its only my first week working and this is what ive observed regarding my 10mo baby so far: - changes in his routine: diet, naps = affects night time routine ^ harder to put baby to sleep at night ^ frequent wakings/crying, harder to settle we had to implement new routines to help baby settle and adapt which has been quite tiring for me, husband and baby. just gotta give it some time for everyone to adjust and get used to the changes. eventually everything will go smoothly like before :) you got this!

Hi mummies 10mths baby with diarrhoea, any medicine for baby?

Yellow sticky poop.

For me i buy probiotics (specially for infant/kids). This is clear out the bad stuff that cause diarrhoea :)
