Hi all, FTM here. How do you guys deal with teary eyes, anxiety and possible depression in the last trimester. A lot of things has been on my mind, worry about birth, paranoid about husband cheating, postpartum recovery and identity crisis. How do you deal with this? Who should I approach? I dont want to approach my family or friends regarding this.

38+5, had a membrane sweep yesterday. Is this normal post membrane sweep bleeding or mucus plug? Should I call the L&D and inform them?
