My throat is feeling lumpy or its like closing/tightening.. Im currently at my 29 weeks 3 days

I have been feeling like my throat is tightening/closing up and i cant seem to find an answer anywhere because its all saying heartburns… but it doesnt feel like a heartburn though… I have been sleeping throughout and i kept waking up feeling exactly the same way.. Isit a huge issue :(

Jogging in third trimester

I used to run regularly prior to pregnancy almost everyday. My gynae says it’s ok to continue running as long as I don’t exert myself but I’m just wondering if running during late pregnancy will damage our pelvic floor/ prolong postpartum recovery period?

GD level - Why my 2 hour sugar is higher than 1 hour? i am worried now.

GD level - Why my 2 hour sugar is higher than 1 hour? i am worried now. I eat healthy, i walk a lot but this is wierd result

What are the readings u got? Does not matter if 2 hour reading was higher if it’s within normal range. Mine was slightly higher for 2 hour reading too but normal range

Counting baby movement

Hi mummies, im entering week 28! I saw people say to keep track of baby kicks/movements but my Gynae nvr mention anything about this. Anyone with experience mind sharing?

Counting baby movement would be the kicks that you feel within a day. Usually (most but not all) babies will have their moment of kicks like few times within few hours, or kicks more in the morning, lesser at night or vice versa. This is also to ensure that if anything happened, you will be aware that you do feel the movements, there are "activities" toss, kick, turn, hiccups in the womb. Don't be surprise at some point you feel worried if they don't feel the kick because sometimes they sleep and they don't "activities" hence to me counting kicks helps me know when is their favourite wake up/sleeping time in the womb.

I have been eating HDL mala soup and just realised they might contain some Chinese herbs that are unsafe for pregnancy ): does anyone else have this experience?

I took a lot of HDL mala soup (I only take mala & tomato base) during pregnancy 😂. Baby is 21m now, alls good 😊.

Baby felt too low

Im at 24weeks and felt that baby is too low. Everytime the baby move i can feel and sense something at the cervix/pubic area as though it gonna pop. Baby kicks both left and right side. I guess its in tranverse position. Told the doc but no advise given and was told to come to hosp if there's contraction. Should i be worried about? Or what it can be done?

I am at 30 wks and sometimes the pushing was so hard inside 😂 move left and move right n sometimes pressing and i feel like my below pressure v strong. I guess its normal?
