How to make baby head turn down for natural birth

I am at week 34 2 day. Wanna go for natural birth but baby head still on top. Any advise or what can I do to make the baby head turn down? If the head still not turn by next 2 weeks, need to go for C section.

4 month sleep regression

Hi! My baby is turning 4 months in a few days but it seems like sleep regression has started. He used to be able to self soothe to sleep for his first two naps of the day when I put him down awake. But for all naps and bedtime now, he would fuss the moment he is laid down in the cot. Bedside soothing isn't working out too.. we've been carrying him until very drowsy before we put him down in the cot. Was wondering if any experienced parents have done gentle sleep training and how did you do it? how long did it take?

Baby screams when wake up

My baby is mostly very calm - doesn't cry much, is easy to soothe and is a pretty good sleeper during naps and night times. The only part I'm confused is he screamsssss with his eyes still closed when he is about to wake up at 7am. - I've tried to massage him and doesn't seem like gas - I hug and rock in case he cannot connect his sleep cycles, but cannot be soothed - doesn't seem to be hunger because he usually can't really finish a feed. BUT drinking milk seems to immediately calm him down. Was wondering if anybody experienced or is experiencing the same and have any idea why this is happening? What can I do?
