Milk supply

I had tried to pump every 3hrs daily for 3 mths with taking all kind of milk booster ( fenugreek , legendary milk, mama choice drink , lactation cookie , madam patrum…) however non worked for me so far and my supply only around 700 ML which dropping again. Just wondering if any mum similar like me have other option to boost milk( i also did power pump 20 mins pump- with 10 rest / pump but also no effect.)

When do I start introducing the pacifier to my newborn who is breastfeeding exclusively?

Newborn is 13 days old. Have read a few articles here and there. Some would say it’s okay to introduce since birth. Others- wait until 3 weeks or even 1 month. My only concern is nipple confusion. & of course I want the best for my baby. Although she already have issues turning in at night unless comfort latched- which I don’t mind.

6 Months old poo colour

My 6 months old poo colour change. Use to be like yellow/mustard colour. But sudden change to green/light green/light yellow and small little lumps. Is that normal?

Week 5 Pregnant with Hashimoto (thyroid disease)

Hi all beautiful moms/soon to be moms. I recently found out and started medications on Hashimoto (hypothyroidism) but also found out I’m pregnant. Seems like this is a high risk case but I wonder if anyone has gone through similar experience. Will be helpful and assured to learn more. Thanks all

Adding Milo to breastmilk

Hi! My 8.5mth old doesn’t want to drink frozen breastmilk anymore. He latches most of the time, and only take bottle about 2 days a week when I go to work. He takes in solid well too, and is not on any formula milk. I have tried adding the breastmilk to cerealac and Oats, but he had rejected them. Thinking of adding just a small teaspoon of Milo Gao (no sugar) into the frozen breastmilk and let him drink using by straw. Any mummies done this before? If yes, pls share the outcome/effect. Thanks! P/s. I am aware that it is not recommended to add Milo. But am looking at another alternative besides formula.

U rather put milo instead of giving fm? 🧐
