For me I will usually see how serious first. If baby still drinking milk, playing and got wet diapers then I just monitor at home. But if keep vomiting, diarrhoea very bad or baby looks weak and not passing urine then I bring to doctor or urgent care straight away

Depends how serious lor. One or two times only I’ll just observe. But if keep happening within the hour, no choice, must see doctor.

I will monitor first. However, if the diarrhoea and vomiting are very persistent then I will bring to the PD immediately.

Happened to my girl last time 😭 I thought small issue only but end up she got mild dehydration. No need to guess lah.

Go urgent care don't wait anymore for anything bad to happen
