breastmilk is the best po, oo, pero there are moms out there na kahit anong pilit po magpalatch wala po talagang nalabas na gatas, kahit may mga supplement na pong iniinom or nakapagpahilot na, kaya no choice kelangan na formula, and meron pong ibang case na gustuhin man pero hindi pwede coz for some reason😊
