Low placenta

Hi Mummy, I just went for a detailed scan. The doctor told me that my placenta was near to my c-scar and its a risk. During my operation the doctor worried that my placenta couldn't be separated from the womb they have to remove my womb. I quite worried any mummy encounter this situation before can share please thank you.
