Seeking help regarding divorce

Hi mummies sorry for the negativity here. Would like to seek some help regarding divorce. How can I proceed with a divorce if my spouse refuses to attend the mandatory co-parenting programme required for filing under the simplified divorce track? As i do not want to spend on hiring a lawyer due to the fact that i am already solo parenting & he is not contributing a single cent. Would applying for a PPO help in this situation? Any idea how can i proceed this divorce? For context, we have been married for three years & we have agreed on the custody etc etc. He mentioned that he did not want to attend the CPP programme to make my life tough.

Just proceed on going by yourself, if the programme counsellor asks why he refuses, you explain to them that he refuses to go. if you have the solid proof that he mentioned he did not want to attend, and that you have been solo parenting your child would be better. You can show it to your programme counsellor or divorce mediator the next time u have an appointment with them. Trust me with his selfish minded plans, it's better off that you continue solo parenting since you're the only one handling everything. In your situation right now, it's best for u to be upfront and transparent with anyone that's handling your divorce case. Be strong and trust yourself mommy.
