Sugar waxing at 37 weeks

Hi mummies, I went for sugar waxing appt 3 days ago and developed pimple-like white pus. Very sensitive and uncomfortable. Is this normal and how long will it go away? Anything that I can apply? It’s so sensitive that I can’t wear any sanitary pad due to abrasion #advicepls
