Membrane sweep, 39w 3 days

Hi mummies. I had my membrane sweep in the morning, and doc told me i will bleed a bit. But, i am still bleeding tonight but its not really bloody, like patches bleeding when i pee and look at the toilet bowl. Is this normal? But i dont feel pain/have contraction. What will happen after this? This is my second pregnancy. For my first one, my waterbag didnt burst and no mucus plug as well. I dont know what to expect for this second one 😅
