Lots of water! Also, I took Legendairy sunflower lecithin with their milk boosters (I rotate cash cow/pump princess and milkapalooza).

Oh yes, I tried that too but cash cow works best for me.

Drink lot of water, soup and fenugreek mother’s milk tea❤️
