Period ke atau lochia

Hi mommies.. Nak tanya i dah lepas 2 bulan postpartum. Tiba2 today pantyliner ada darah bright red+clot. Adakah itu tanda saya dah period balik. Btw I breastfed + exclusive pumping mom.. sbb org ckp kalau breastfed tak akan period.. Anyone ada alami benda sama ke mohon share2

Last nifas you on hari ke berapa? If ada gap 2 weeks then it is menstrual bleeding. For info, actually it depends on individual hormones. Hence ada yang period lepas habis nifas, ada yang period 2 tahun lepas bersalin. Both situations are normal regardless you breastfeed or mixed feed. Yang tak normal if after 2 years still no menstrual bleeding. This case need to refer OBGYN.

Hi sis, saya pon full bf.. Hari ke 45 pantang keluar darah banyak balek & saya consider saya dah start saya punya period cycle.. Actually lagi bagus kita start ada period walaupun full bf, sebab hormon kita dah stabil ☺️
