Ingrown toenail

Hi mommies. Is this ingrown? Been happening ON and OFF and ON and OFF for like 2 months. We haven't seen the doctor because we don't know if we should and every time we plan to go, it's fine already. My baby is going to be 4 months old..please help me. I'm a first time mother. :")
