Mommies, ano po pde inumin ng preggy pampalambot ng tae? Ilang days na kse akong di makadumi sa sobrang tigas ng dumi ko e. Sana po may sumagot.

Mga 2 weeks lang ako nag ganun sis. After nun, i try to consume more greens (steamed kangkong, brocolli talbos etc) and yogurt regular and soft na ulit poops ko :)
