Does yr lo have cough and phlegm? Mine did. I bought her to kkh and they say she has infection in her lungs and the discharge in the eyes is part of the symptoms. Maybe yours is different though..

You can monitor and see first but I suspect your lo is heaty. Give more water and see if the discharge goes away after a few days...
