Frequent stomache

Any ideas if frequent stomache likely caused by constipations and indigestion would harm my fetus? I am currently at Week 16 and had stomache almost once every 3-4 days. Worst still sometimes I don’t know if the pain comes from my lower tummy or not.

guess ur growing baby is pressing onto ur intestines hence affecting ur digestive system. :) it happened to me and still so.. just watch ur diet and it should be fine :)
